In 2003, I started consulting to SME businesses, providing specialist advice in the areas of employee relations, restructures & redundancy planning, workplace mediations, mergers & amalgamations, industrial relations & contract employment advice, recruitment & retention and employee engagement strategies. I have had the pleasure of working with organisations across many industries in Australia, New Zealand, India, UK and Singapore including Federal and State government, NGOs, NFPs, listed companies, privately owned family run-businesses and sole-traders.

I am a qualified Human Resource professional with over 20 years’ generalist HR Management commercial experience, holding Director roles and partnering with C-Suite executives before starting my own Consultancy.  I have a Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, am an accredited Mediator with the Australian Commercial Dispute Centre and am accredited as a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

When I'm not helping businesses with employment issues and change transformation projects, I continue my perennial search to find the best sashimi in town, attempt to grow succulent plants, swim laps, lift weights and partake in red wine quaffing with family and friends.
