Amanda Collins is the principal of Abbot Associates and has over 20 years’ generalist Human Resources commercial experience within various industries in Australia and the UK, including education, advertising/ marketing communications, healthcare, professional services, banking/ finance, telecommunications, IT and retail.
Amanda is a generalist HR professional, holds tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Change Management (ADKAR ProSci), is a qualified and accredited Mediator with the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre (ACDC) and a Justice of the Peace (NSW). She is committed to providing strategic and practical support to businesses to improve both individual performance and bottom line results.
